Yes. We are constantly monitoring the evolving smartphone marketplace and prioritize phones to add to our list based on customer demand and technical feasibility.
What is Environment Aware Roaming™? Why is it better than Location Aware Roaming technology?
Location-aware solutions are mapped to specific access points. If dead zones pop up within the access area or quality degrades, call quality is compromised and calls are dropped.
A solution like DiVitas that uses Environment Aware Roaming technology responds dynamically to changes in network quality and availability, automatically roaming to cellular-mode if the WiFi network becomes unavailable or quality degrades – anywhere, anytime – ensuring that call quality is maintained and that calls are not dropped.
Why is Transparent Callback™ important?
The DiVitas Transparent callback capability can help to reduce cellular costs significantly in areas where inbound calls are free or cost significantly less than outbound calls. In these cases, DiVitas uses Transparent Callback to convert outbound calls initiated by the end user to an inbound call connected to the other party via the DiVitas server. DiVitas does this in the background - automatically and transparently - without interrupting the call. As a result, call quality and connectivity is maintained while minimizing costs.
Is DiVitas easy to learn to use?
Absolutely. DiVitas has user-friendly icon-driven interface that is easy for employees to pick up and begin using almost immediately.
Will DiVitas work for employees who travel globally?
Yes. In fact, DiVitas should save you a great deal on international roaming charges through the use of WiFi where available and Transparent Callback to convert cellular calls to inbound activity where those calls are less expensive.
Is it easy to deploy the DiVitas solution?
Yes. The DiVitas Server includes a wizard-based set-up tool for rapid configuration and handsets can be configured over-the-air.
